Delivery to one central city location is included into the cost. For multiple locations, deliveries of goods are invoiced at cost. Delivery costs vary according to quantity and cubic meter space. We can provide an estimate when we receive the destinations from you.

You can elect to arrange for your own pick-up if you prefer, but please inform us well before final delivery.

Your bags should arrive within six to eight weeks from approval of the sample. Lead times can vary and are dependent on delivery location, logistics and the time of year. We will advise you of a realistic timeframe, however allow an extra 2 weeks for your delivery in the months leading into Christmas and late May through early August.

To save time you have the option to simply review the completed pre-production sample via some jpg photos. These photos are of the front and reverse of your bag, and a close up of all artworks. Please approve the pre-production sample or Jpg photo files as fast as possible to avoid delays.

Sellex Eco will do what we can to ensure that any tight delivery deadlines are met, but we will not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. Weather, logistics and customs can add up to 2 weeks to the nominated delivery time.

Having your artwork available, promptly approving all proofs and paying your deposit promptly speeds up the order considerably.
